The Seaside Deluxe Suites provide many upgrades over the Standard Rooms. The buildings have been arranged to provide increased privacy and better views of the water. The unit size has been increased by about 15%. They provide Queen beds rather than Full, larger showers with bench, larger vanities with granite counter tops, increased luggage and clothes hanging area, in room refreshment center, upholstered bamboo chairs with table and updated finishes throughout the room. The first floor room has a mixed Belizean Hardwood ceiling with recessed lighting.
The Seaside Premier Suites offer the same accommodation as the Deluxe unit however the Cabana provides better positioning to the beach and the Second Floor Room provides the Palm Thatched Roof and enhanced water views.
The Poolside Deluxe units offer the same accommodation as the Seaside Deluxe Suites but have been positioned to provide partial views of the Caribbean Sea as well as stunning views of the pool area.
The Poolside Premier second floor units offer all the upgrades of the Seaside Deluxe and Premier rooms with the addition of gorgeous views of the pool area (especially in the evening).
The Beachfront Cabanas are on the lower level of our Beachfront Buildings. There are two rooms in each building separated by an open air breezeway. Beachfront Units feature Belizean Mahogany floors, trim, and cabinetry, Palmetto Wainscoting with Hand Painted Borders, a private bath with shower, table and chairs for two, and a king bed. Custom built French Glass Panels offer stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and provide access to your own beachside verandah.
The Beachfront Mini Suites are located on the second floor of a two-story, thatched roof cabana. Each Beachfront Mini Suite has tile floors, private bath with shower, sitting area, kitchenette, king bed and French doors opening onto a private verandah. The exposed thatch roof within the room adds to the spaciousness of the unit and provides a true tropical feeling.
The Beachfront Guest Suites feature tall thatch roofs exposed within the room which create a feeling of tropical spaciousness. One of two suites located on the second floor of a two-story, thatched roof cabana. Each Beachfront Guest Suite has tile floors, private bath with tub/shower, sitting area, king bed and French doors opening onto a private balcony.
The Beachfront Honeymoon Cabana feature beautiful Mahogany flooring and exposed thatch roof ceilings throughout. They provide a private bath with shower, bar counter and refreshment center, sitting area, dressing table, king bed, and French windows and doors opening onto a private wrap around verandah with your own personal hammock.
The Beachfront Presidential Suites occupy the entire upper level of our two-story beachfront cabanas. Saltillo tile floors combine with mahogany trim and cabinetry and the expansive palm thatch roof to provide an authentic Mayan feel with a Polynesian flare. 600 square feet of space provides a private bath with shower, kitchenette with bar counter and stools, a dining area with seating for 4, a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and chairs and a writing area. The King size bed faces a wall of French glass panels opening onto a full length beachside verandah.
The Beachfront Grand Suites have been carefully positioned to afford beautiful views of the water and capture the trade winds we all come to enjoy while on the island. At just under 500 square feet these units are the largest rooms we offer other than the Presidential Suite. A two-story building houses the Grand Suite Deluxe on the lower level and the Grand Suite Premier on the upper level.
Both units provide private baths with large shower stalls and separate vanity areas with granite countertops. There is a mini kitchenette, dinette set with 4 stools, sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and chairs, and a writing area with desk and chair. The four poster king size bed faces a wall of French glass panels opening onto a full length beachside verandah. The Mahogany flooring and Barbajolote wood cabinetry blend beautifully with the Bamboo Furniture. The Grand Suite Deluxe features a gorgeous ceiling made of mixed Belizean Hardwoods with recessed lighting while the Grand Suite Premier enjoys the Palm Thatched Roof within the room. In addition to the exposed Palm Thatch Roof the Premier unit also enjoys a little better view and breeze.
The Jungle Standard Cabanas are all individual cabanas that feature Belizean Mahogany floors, trim, and cabinetry, Palmetto Wainscoting with Hand Painted Borders, a private bath with shower, and table and chairs for two. French Panel Door units open onto your own private verandah.

The Jungle Mini provides all the upgrades the Deluxe units provide in a compact space. It provides the large shower with bench and large vanity with granite top, a queen bed and sitting chair. There is a refreshment center in the connecting hall to the Deluxe room next door. While it can sleep two adults this room is best suited for a single person or as an additional bedroom for families traveling with children.
