An intricate lace of bamboo borders the banks along the Belize River, horses roam free, and monkeys swing from the trees. Four thousand acres of land and a plethora of riding trails display the nature and beauty of Belize.
Riding along the river, trekking through the jungle, or cantering an open trail or road, the scenery is never mundane. Even if you’ve ridden all over the world, Banana Bank Lodge will offer you something new.
With Banana Bank’s central location, just an hour’s drive from the international airport, guests’ travel time between activities is minimal. The Lodge offers accommodations in several types and price ranges, from cabanas to suites, standard rooms and even an economy chalet, as well as a brand-new, 3,000-square foot conference center. A variety of tours such as jungle horseback riding, moonlight horseback riding, river activities, Maya sites, caving, zip-line and others will excite your days while at night our 16-inch telescope expands your adventures on to the galaxies.
The picturesque pool, custom designed by artist Carolyn Carr to resemble the swimming area at Blue Hole National Park, is open for all guests to enjoy. Our goal is to maximize your tropical Belizean experience by creating a unique vacation. Our friendly staff, breathtaking surroundings, whispering horses and exciting adventures take you far from the real world, closer to the things you dream of.
